 I will never forget the first day I walked into Starbucks and was looking for a part time job while in school. Little did I know the store manager had served me, as I ordered a double double unaware of the unique Starbuck’s “language”. That’s when my journey began, within the first 4 months of working I was promoted to shift supervisor.  After 8 years at Starbucks, I was ready for a bigger challenge and I joined the Cora Franchise group as a Regional Consultant. As a Regional Consultant I was responsible for; overlooking 15 locations and I learned a whole new side of business, the franchising world. My job was to be the liaison between Cora, the franchisor, and our franchisees.  This job allowed me to fulfill my passion for travelling, as I took part in the store opening and hiring process for numerous new store openings across Canada, including NewFoundland, Alberta and Edmonton. While travelling I realized how much I missed setting and achieving sales targets and my strength in employee recruitment. After a few months of research I was confident that Sales Talent Agency was the right place for me.  I had the privilege to be hired by Jamie Hoobanoff and be part of her team. I am proud to be a part of the STA team and am looking forward to the many challenges ahead.

Although I still enjoy my Starbucks coffee, sales will always be my first love.
