Our client is a Fortune 200 company operating in the dental practice management software sector. An international leader, the company is looking to expand its Canadian sales team and launch a new exciting cloud-based product to the market.
The company is seeking high-performing Challenger Sales Representatives to help drive their growth. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and will be based in the Greater Vancouver area.
About the role:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities in the dental clinic sector.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations, deliver presentations, and highlight software benefits.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with dental clinic decision-makers, showcasing software ROI and addressing concerns.
- Sales Cycle Management: Utilize negotiation skills, the Challenger Methodology, and value-based selling.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years in software sales, preferably with a solutions-selling approach.
- Is a proactive and hunter mentality with expertise in the Challenger Methodology
- Thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment with excellent time management.
- Has strong verbal and presentation skills, with rapport-building ability
- Is goal-oriented and driven
