Account Executive

About the Role: Account Executive (New Jersey/Pennsylvania)

  • Strong emphasis on hunting for new business 
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle. Analyzing clients’ pain points and creating customizable solutions to address client needs.
  • Working directly in the benefits industry, building relationships with brokers and positioning unique and innovative health solutions to businesses 
  • Selling into organizations with 200 – 1000 employees
  • Exceptional onboarding, training and sales leadership
  • They hire to promote – and are growing rapidly in the US 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in the health benefits space – working directly with insurance brokers is an asset 
  • Must be a hunter
  • Demonstrated track record of being a top performer and crushing your quotas
  • Polished, charismatic and have the ability to communicate well with a variety of different decision-makers

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $75,000-$90,000
  • OTE is double your base salary
  • 3 weeks holidays + 3 personal days
  • $500/year health spending account
  • Full medical/dental benefits
  • Retirement Savings Plan
