With over 250 SKUs and a loyal customer base, they are ready to expand its footprint.  As they grow, we’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager. Your Role: Business Development Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, fostering relationships, and expanding our reach across Canada and into the US. You’ll handle a mix of new business development and account management, ensuring pharmacies and retail stores continue to trust our client  for their diabetic sock needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & New Business: Identify and engage new clients in the pharmacy and retail sectors, including reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Account Management: Nurture existing accounts and manage orders.
  • Client Visits: Spend 50% of your time in client-facing interactions, meeting 8–10 customers daily.
  • Territory Management: Occasional travel across Canada and US (expenses covered).
  • Strategic Growth: Take ownership of corporate/key accounts as the role evolves.
  • Build and lead the sales function in a company poised for expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Min 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the CPG or selling to retail space.
  • Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, self-starter, and goal-crusher with a proven track record of success.
  • Travel Flexibility: Comfortable with occasional travel and participation in trade shows. 

Flexible Compensation:

  • Option 1: $40K base + 1.5% commission on all sales + 15% net new sales + $5K bonus (after 6 months).
  • Option 2: $66K base + 15% commission on new sales only + $5K bonus (after 6 months).
