Overview of the Role: Business Development Manager
- They are seeking a candidate to manage the Western GTA territory.
- This role offers a hybrid model with remote work and travel on the road for 3-4 days per week.
- Responsibilities include both managing current accounts and hunting new business opportunities.
- Focus on a niche market: Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight across Canada and the U.S.
- This person will have access to an internal database with inbound leads for the Western GTA territory.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Preferred 3-5 years of sales experience in transportation/logistics.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle for client visits.
- Seeking a proactive hunter who is comfortable with technology.
- Must have experience in expanding existing accounts and securing new clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred; Revonova experience is considered an advantage.

Compensation:
- Base: $70K-$80K + commissions
