Outside Sales Representative

Our client is a proudly Canadian-owned and operated wholesale distributor specializing in occupational health and safety equipment, clothing, gear, and more. With multiple warehouses across Canada, they have established themselves as a leader in the safety industry. Boasting over 40 years of experience and success, they seek a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to join their team as an Outside Sales Representative in the Manitoba market.

Responsibilities: 

  • Expand business operations within Manitoba by leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to elevate the brand.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve success and drive results.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships and partnerships.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving expertise by accurately assessing and addressing customer needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience in prospecting and nurturing sales roles.
  • Expertise in account management and expanding existing accounts.
  • Industry knowledge in PPE, health and safety equipment, and FR clothing.
  • Proficient in solution-based selling.
  • Willingness to spend 2-3 days a week on the road, with the remaining days in the Winnipeg office.
  • A self-motivated, independent individual who is coachable, takes initiative and possesses a strong work ethic.
