The brands growth has attracted a fresh group of ambitious leaders from other well-established players in the industry who are looking to get away from bureaucracy and have more of a direct impact.
About the role: Regional Sales Executive (Home-office based)
- Reporting to the Director of Sales for North America, this person will spearhead the growth and market development for the brand across Ontario, primarily focusing on new account acquisition and growing marketshare
- Build and develop strategic relationships with prospective customers including end users, integrators, engineering firms, and contractors
- Represent a portfolio of products including power generation controls, automatic transfer switches, and switchgears for low and medium voltage applications
- Build relationships and target industries with mission critical applications including hospitals and data centers, airports, hospitals, and waste water/industrial industries
- Partner with Dealers, engineer consulting firms, and contractors to help drive the product to market and build brand awareness
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders in person (domestic travel 2-3x per week)
Compensation Package:
- Base salary with total income potential of $175K-$200K year 1
- Uncapped commission paid out quarterly

Required Experience:
- MUST have previous sales experience in the power management industry and strong familiarity with switchgear, transfer switches, controls, etc.
- Experience selling to end users
- Strong technical background in the commercial space
- Engineering degree or relevant education would be considered a strong asset
- Candidates must be based in the GTA
