Territory Sales Manager (Southwestern Ontario)

Our client is a family owned Canadian company that supplies high-quality masonry and metal fastening systems to a wide network of distributors across Canada and the USA. Our client’s extensive experience in construction allows them to develop anchoring solutions that meet the demanding requirements of architects and engineers. 
 
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take over the lucrative Southwestern Ontario territory. In this outside sales role you will be focused on maintaining an established book of business consisting of both distributors and end users, while continuing to hunt for new business. 
 
 
Ideal Candidate: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of full cycle sales experience in construction industry 
  • Must be proficient/advocate CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
  • Adaptable individual excels in dynamic environments, managing multiple responsibilities and wearing many hats. 
  • Driven, self-motivated, and have a hunter mentality, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market penetration within the construction industry.

 
Compensation Package:

  • Base salary + commission with a first year on target earnings of $120k (first 6 months guaranteed at this income level while you ramp up) 
  • Annual additional bonus up to 10% of base salary (up to $10k) 
  • 3 weeks vacation 
  • 80% Medical and Dental coverage 
  • Cell phone allowance $100
  • Travel expenses 
  • Laptop and tablet provided
