Account manager, VANCOUVER
Growing up, I spent the majority of my time playing sports. I played everything from soccer to volleyball to football. I believe sports taught me so much about work ethic, drive and what it takes to win; skills I continue to utilize daily. While I love all sports, my passion was basketball. After high school (and countless hours in the gym), I chose to continue playing basketball at the University of Victoria.
I moved from Ontario to the West Coast and began my time as a student-athlete at the University of Victoria. It was there I was able to study at the Gustavson School of Business where I worked towards my Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on marketing. I really enjoyed my time working in marketing, however I always knew I was better suited for a more people driven role.
After completing my degree, I wanted to see more of the world so I spent a year living and working in Germany. The experience allowed me to immerse myself in a new culture, try out a new language and gave me the opportunity to travel all over Europe. While I loved Germany, Canada was calling me home and Vancouver was where I wanted to grow my career.
I knew I wanted to take the skills I had learned in marketing and transition into a sales role, so I sought out Sales Talent Agency with a sales role in mind. However, when the idea of recruiting was presented to me, I couldn’t seem to let it go. I loved the idea of being able to help candidates find roles perfectly suited to them while also working in a changing environment where I would be constantly solving problems. Everyone at Sales Talent Agency is highly motivated, friendly and passionate about sales. I am very excited to be part of such a high performing team!
For the love of sales!
