About The Role: Business Development Manager
  • Development of new business consistently meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets
  • Understand competitive solutions and the company’s differentiators
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the HOA Industry 
  • Average Deal Size: $80k+
  • This role allows one to be remote but must have the flexibility to travel throughout your state up to 30% of the time
About You:
  • 2+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
  • You have experience selling into HOAs, community associations, condos and strata corporations
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Previous sales process & methodology
