On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a Canadian, family owned, and market leading organization that is looking for a Recruiter to help grow their team across Canada.They are an industry leader in manufacturing and supplying innovative air distribution and other noise control products and solutions. 

Role: Sales Recruiter 
  • Managing a full pipeline of sales roles across Canada (this can vary between 10-15 open roles at a time)
  • Work independently a drive the recruitment function across the business 
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish

About You: 
  • 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (B2B sales experience is also an asset) 
  • You are driven, organized, and thrive working in an independent environment 
  • Strong communicator and experience with outbound recruitment or sales 
  • Comfortable being in the office 4-5 days per week (the office is located in Surrey, B.C.)
