My client is a supplier for Custom Wood Mouldings / Doors and has been the wood molding supplier of choice among custom home builders, architects, and designers for more than 30 years. Currently holds over 10,000 custom profiles in our library for customers to reference should they need to.
With just under 200,000 square feet of distribution and manufacturing space, we keep an expansive in-stock inventory of trim, doors, and plywood needed to complete a project “right and on time”.

The Outside Sales Representative in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) will support the organization through developing strong relationships with existing and new clients. About you:
About you:
- Looking for a candidate that has 6 months to 1 year of B2B sales experience (Construction sales will be considered an asset)
- First 4-6 months working in-office (Located in Etobicoke) for training to set you up for success. Afterwards it will transition into a hybrid work environment to cover the territory.
- High-level communicator that can consult & negotiate terms to close the sales; provide clear information.
- Problem solver that can provide a solution or alternative solution to clients needs.
- Great client relationship management skills - to establish trust with clients that can be adaptable to overcome any roadblocks.
- Excellent organizational skills to multitask and prioritize clients requests and prospecting workload.
- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license will be required
- Consulting with clients to gather information regarding upcoming projects to determine potential sales opportunities.
- Can provide clients with accurate product information, estimates and possibly potential alternatives to a solution.
- Works closely with the production team to confirm timelines for delivery.
- Be the primary point of contact for all client account management issues.
- Managing clients and accounts within the territory to ensure that all parties are satisfied and potentially visit the job sites.
- To provide the clients with positive experience and maintain long-term relationships.
- $65-75k base salary plus 110k OTE in year 1. This is an uncapped commission structure.
- Reimbursement for your vehicle's maintenance, fuel, phone and internet services is provided monthly
