About the role:
- You will be selling - staffing and managed services to companies in Automotive, Energy & Life Science, Aerospace & Defense, and Telecoms & Media industries
- Selling to - Director of Engineering, Director of Finance, Director of Cloud, others at the Director level
- Targeting - Enterprise companies
- Function - full sales cycle
- Average deal size - $80K - $100K for staffing; 1M+ for managed services
- Sales cycles - 2 - 6 weeks for staffing; 6-9 months for managed services
- Hybrid role - 2 days per week in office
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience of B2B sales; experience selling staffing services and managed services would be ideal
- You have a deep understanding of the consulting industry, but on the sales side
- You are a consultative seller - familiar with Value Selling, The Challenger Sale etc
- You have strong presentation and communication skills (both remotely and in person)
- You are familiar with or have sold into the industries that this role will focus on
- You are comfortable doing on-site visits in the GTA when needed
- Competitive salary + variable commission
- Progression to Senior BDM OR a Team Lead after 9 months
- Progression to a Director role after 24 months
- Work will an accomplished Sales Leader who believes in mentorship and meritocracy
- Hybrid role - 2 days per week in office
