About the role:
  • You will be selling - staffing and managed services to companies in Automotive, Energy & Life Science, Aerospace & Defense, and Telecoms & Media industries
  • Selling to - Director of Engineering, Director of Finance, Director of Cloud, others at the Director level 
  • Targeting - Enterprise companies
  • Function - full sales cycle 
  • Average deal size - $80K - $100K for staffing; 1M+ for managed services
  • Sales cycles - 2 - 6 weeks for staffing; 6-9 months for managed services
  • Hybrid role - 2 days per week in office
About you:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience of B2B sales; experience selling staffing services and managed services would be ideal
  • You have a deep understanding of the consulting industry, but on the sales side 
  • You are a consultative seller - familiar with Value Selling, The Challenger Sale etc
  • You have strong presentation and communication skills (both remotely and in person)
  • You are familiar with or have sold into the industries that this role will focus on
  • You are comfortable doing on-site visits in the GTA when needed
