On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is now looking for an Accountant to join their growing team in Woking, UK!
About the role:
  • Executing monthly reporting procedures in line with UK GAAP and US GAAP
  • Monitoring compliance with company-wide accounting policies and procedures
  • Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting
  • Actively communicating with other team members of Finance team and other
    departments (Managing Director, IT)
  • Monitoring ERP data reliability
  • Assisting with external audits
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of general accounting experience.
  • Ability to meet monthly reporting deadline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented, structured and organised
  • Customer Mindset: Exceptional customer experience is primary focus while performing
    job duties. Quality is a top priority.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Proactively and willingly adapts to changing business needs
    and conditions and presents creative and fresh ideas on how to solve problems, gain

Nice to have:
  • Previous public practice experiences (ideally the Big 4 at some point) 
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP 
  • Previous working US GAAP experience
  • Previous Oracle experience
