On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

My client is the most profitable tech company in Canada, with a stock growth of 3000%! They acquire start-up companies with revenue between $5-20M at a global level. They have developed a reputation for holding on to and running the firms they acquire rather than selling or flipping them for a profit. This makes them the favored destination for companies looking for support to get to the next stage in terms of growth.
They are looking to add their next Business Development Representative to their M&A team!
About The Role:
  • New business development reaching out to CEOs of software companies
  • Managing the relationship up until the Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Working closely with a portfolio manager throughout the M&A process
What are we looking for:
  • Someone who loves to build relationships
  • 2+ years of sales experience. Ideally in M&A, but they are also open to candidates that studied Finance or Accounting at University
  • University degree
  • Interest in M&A is a plus
What's In It For You?
  • Hybrid role. Expected to go into the office at Younge and St. Claire 2 - 3 days per week 
  • $70K- $80K Base and a $120K OTE, Uncapped!
