About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative (Remote), you'll drive business growth by generating exciting new opportunities through dynamic cold outreach strategies. Responsibilities Include:
- Sparking new business opportunities through dynamic outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualifying inbound leads and managing the critical first stages of the sales pipeline.
- Conducting in-depth research to discover potential prospects and key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Setting up high-impact meetings and appointments for our Account Executive team with top-tier leads.
- Teaming up with internal departments to craft and execute cutting-edge lead-generation strategies.
- Sharing valuable feedback to enhance their products, services, and processes.
- Staying ahead of the game by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has a go-getter mentality and is excited to be a part of a growing fintech company!
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Compensation:Base salary of $50-$60K, with an OTE of $70-$90K (bonus paid quarterly).
