About the role: Client Manager, Predictive Analytics
- As a senior member of the Analytics team, the Client Manager will lead the engagements with existing Enterprise customers for all major Predictive Modelling projects, bridging the gap between business strategy and analytics
- Responsible for owning the process from end to end including;
- Project Launch & Discovery: Running a detailed discovery to understand the clients objectives and insights they want to uncover when developing a market strategy for expansion, site selection, or other growth objectives
- Project Plan & Roadmap: Develop a project roadmap, translating client requirements into actionable solutions and plans. Identify key deliverables, timelines, and delegate deliverables and tasks to appropriate internal team members to help execute.
- Client Management & Project Oversight: Work cross-functionally between internal modelling teams and clients to ensure alignment with deliverables and execution. When necessary, manage and push back on client requests to ensure alignment and realistic expectations
- Project Presentation: Upon completion, you will present model findings to c-suite stakeholders and provide a detailed description of the methodology used, parameters taken into account, and the application of the finished product. The finished product will then be handed to a Customer Success team who will take ownership of leading the onboarding, implementation, and overall adoption of the tool
- Manage between 3-5 projects at any given time while working with a team to support all aspects of delivery and execution
- Report into office 2x a week
- Stakeholder Engagement & Management Experience
- Highly confident leading conversations where you need to educate and persuade clients to see things through your lens
- Comfortable having conversations where you need to push back on client requests or unrealistic expectations
- Able to explain very technical concepts and methodologies to non-technical audiences
- Genuine curiosity and ability to learn the ins and outs of different companies and businesses to better understand the application of the data and statistics
- Relevant Education in statistics, math, data science, quantitative methods or related field
- Ability to work cross-functionally between internal modelling teams and clients to ensure alignment with deliverables and execution
- Strong technical aptitude with previous experience in statistics of analytics
- Excel and thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment that sometimes requires you to wear multiple hats
