About the Role: Bilingual Sales Account Manager
This is a highly unique role that offers a blend of sales and account management with NO cold calling. A role built for someone who thrives in a client facing environment focused on building relationships, managing a busy pipeline, and converting warm inbound leads.
- Own and grow an existing book of business — staying close to clients, anticipating their needs, and uncovering opportunities to expand and renew those relationships
- Work a high-volume pipeline of warm inbound leads: discovery calls, in-person site tours, tailored proposals, and closing
- Partner with internal community and operations teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders — commercial brokers, business owners, HR and real estate decision-makers
- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences to expand your network and drive awareness
- Navigate a diverse client base spanning C-suite executives, growing startups, and enterprise teams
- NOTE: This is an in-person role based out of a downtown Montreal or Ottawa office five days a week — you'll be embedded in the environment you're selling.
- Base $75K-$85K + bonus
- Total income $95-$105K

- Bilingual in French and English — this is a must
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, hospitality, or real estate — you've worked with clients and you know how to build trust
- A natural relationship-builder: consultative, curious, and comfortable having real conversations with real decision-makers
- Polished and confident communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Based in Montreal or Ottawa, ready to work from a downtown office full-time
