On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

My client is a North American leader in providing accounting compliance tools to their clients. As a market-leading global information services company, they are dedicated to providing technology solutions to help accounting firms operate efficiently. You will be selling directly to small to medium-sized accounting firms throughout your territory.

About the role:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Using a consultative sales approach to close business over the phone
  • Representing the brand in a positive manner and accurately delivering the value proposition to prospective clients
  • Staying up to date with trends in the accounting/finance industry

About you:

  • University/ College degree (business degree a strong asset)
  • 2+ years experience in an inside sales/ lead generation role (B2B)
  • Proven track record of success
  • Must have a strong understanding of the sales process and consultative selling approach
