On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is an exceptional recruiting agency that has been in business for 15 years and is a leader in the engineering and technology industries. This is one of Canada's largest recruitment firm and has been awarded as one of the fastest growing recruitment firms on the Growth 500 list. They are currently looking for individuals with phone sales experience, to come in and drive new sales for the organization. This position offers the opportunity to both grow existing accounts and develop net new business.


About the role:

  • Prospect new business opportunities to create new client accounts
  • Building your book of business from scratch through cold calling and strategic prospecting
  • Meet with clients in person (currently via remote sales platforms) to understand their needs and sell recruitment services (7-10 meetings per week)
  • Work out of either their Calgary location (Currently remote)
  • 1-week virtual training
  • Measured based on an annual margin target, broken down weekly


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of B2C or B2B sales experience focused on selling to new customers/ clients
  • Phone sales and cold calling experience
  • Proven sales results and a strong track record of success in your career
  • Driven and able to work autonomously
  • Selling to engineering or technology clients is an asset
  • Post-secondary education
  • Vehicle and valid driver's license
