Their success, they are about to launch a new service solution, that is going to change how code is verified!
They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team and help expand their global presence; reporting to their CEO.

What They Are Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have come from a technical background, having worked their way up to a Director or VP level of Talent Acquisition.
- This person MUST have developed and created best practices on how to run recruitment teams for technical and/or none technical internal roles.
- Having come from a track record of success, this person will have created training and hunting methodologies, communication framework, and strategies to develop a hunter mentality for recruiting for internal resources.
- Finally - Culture is very important to this team - this person will help add to their already great work environment.
