Our client, an international $220M+ franchise organization is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join their national accounts team. The role encompasses developing strategic relationships with National Accounts throughout North America. They are a dynamic, growth-oriented company that has been featured everywhere from Fortune Magazine and The New York Times to Dr. Phil and Oprah.


The Role:

  • Motivate, Train and Coach the Business Development team to achieve their own goals
  • Work closely with the Director, National Accounts, to develop annual and quarterly sales strategies to establish net new business opportunities
  • Support sales reps in high-level sales activities, including cold calls, in-person meetings, proposals and negotiations
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, National Accounts to transition new clients
  • Attend industry trade shows and associations throughout the year
  • Foster a culture of goal achievement and continuous development

About You:

  • 5+ years in a competitive sales environment with 2+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team to revenue growth
  • Proven Business Development experience in a B2B environment
  • Ability to travel across North America up to 30% of the time
  • Experience in talent acquisition and building a high-performing sales team
  • Ability to lead a team to meet/exceed quotas
  • Deep understanding of leveraging a CRM and employing best practices
