Helping a quality sales rep find a great role and navigate their way to a successful hire is a lot of work, but can be extremely rewarding. Last week we placed a fantastic Toronto-based territory sales rep who had worked hard to build his skill-set and was looking for the next career step. We placed him with one of our favourite clients in the automotive space and both parties are thrilled! Here is a nice email the candidate sent to Sonya and I:
