Need to make 1-3 individual contributor or manager-level hires? In this option, we find you elite talent and you only pay for the ones you hire. Fees are based on a percentage of your hire’s guaranteed income*, and every hire comes with a replacement guarantee!
Need to hire 5 or more go-to-market professionals? Our HirePack fees are based on a percentage of your hire’s guaranteed income*, come with a replacement guarantee, and have volume discounts! The hires can be made in any location but must be the same job type.
Need to make junior to mid-level hires in a compressed period of time? Rent 1 or more of our full-time STA recruiters to complete your critical hiring challenges. This option is flexible, cost-effective, and gives you access to the best equipped recruitment experts that will be 100% focused on your company.
STA NEXT™ Toronto
Looking for a consistent flow of entry-level sales talent in Toronto? STA NEXT™ is a subscription based service, where each week you’ll get access to 10-15 elite junior candidates, and you pay $9,000 per hire made.
