Account Manager

As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will focus on expanding relationships within the existing client base- driving renewals, increasing adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across a portfolio of enterprise clients
  • Lead contract renewals and drive retention
  • Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and deliver a high-quality experience

What to Expect

  • Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days/week) from our downtown Montreal office
  • Client Focus: Primarily Quebec-based accounts, with occasional travel across Canada
  • Team Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and internationally minded

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000- $80,000
  • OTE: $130,000- $140,000+ (uncapped commission structure)

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Customer-focused with a strong commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Quebec and Canada
  • Experience in or excitement for working in an international SaaS environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
