Our client is a Fortune 200 company, providing innovative all-in-one cloud-based software and hardware solutions for businesses in the hospitality industry to manage payments, staff scheduling, inventory, revenue, and more. They have secured partnerships with the world’s largest payment processors and hardware manufacturers to bring their products and cloud-based platform to the market.
Following rapid growth across Canada, they are excited to be adding two Bilingual Account Executives (FR/EN) to their team in Montreal (this is a remote role with a local office to visit if you wish).
What will you be doing?
- Sell the company’s proprietary point-of-sale technology solutions, which help small businesses win by allowing them to accept payments, manage inventory, and track sales.
- Conduct research on prospective customers in the small and medium-sized business market in Quebec, with a focus on new client acquisition.
- Generate pipeline by following up on marketing-generated leads, making 30 – 40 outbound calls per day and following up over email and other channels as needed.
Their Ideal Candidate
- Professional fluency in French and English is mandatory for this position.
- Ideal: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle business-to-business sales; preference for those with experience in the payments industry.
- Must-have: Demonstrated success in a competitive and fast-paced environment such as sales, sports, or extracurriculars!
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ambitious, organized, and self-motivated; must be able to stay on top of your leads in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.
- Preference for candidates based in the Greater Montreal Area.
What they offer:
- Compensation: $50,000 (salary + signing bonus) with average earnings by Year 2 of $170,000

- Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM; every two months, rotate one regular shift for a 12PM – 8PM shift or a Saturday shift.
