Our client is a dominant force in the GTA’s Commercial Door & Security sector. They have the infrastructure, the 50-year reputation, and a massive 24/7 service team. What they need now is a pure hunter to utilize those assets and capture national market share in the Property Management, Retail, and Financial sectors.
 

  • Base Salary: Minimum $80,000 with a significant range above based on your track record of success in winning new business
  • Total Comp: Realistic OTE of $125k – $250k+.
  • The Proof: Top performer earned $250,000 last year. The money is there for the person who can close. That person is also retiring soon, so there will be inherited accounts.
  • Extras: Minimum $500+ monthly car allowance, 3 weeks vacation, and full medical/dental coverage. Fully remote, customer facing, outside sales role.

The Role: The Strategic Hunter
Your mission is to identify, penetrate, and lock down National Accounts. We are looking for someone who views a “No” as a request for more information and knows how to navigate the complex hierarchy of national retail chains and property management companies.

  • New Client Acquisition: You are responsible for the full sales cycle—from cold-prospecting and “door-knocking” to final contract signature.
  • The Sales Chameleon: You must be able to adapt your language. You’ll talk ROI and Risk Mitigation to the C-suite, and Reliability and Compliance to the Property Managers.
  • Displace the Competition: You aren’t just selling a product; you’re selling a superior service model. You will hunt down accounts currently underserved by “mom-and-pop” shops or overcharged by slow-moving national companies.
  • Strategic Networking: Leverage existing relationships within BOMA, FRPO, or Retail Council circles to get in front of the right people.

  • The Adaptable Closer: You are a “chameleon” who can build rapport with anyone. You know when to be aggressive and when to be consultative.
  • The Industry “Adjacent” Pro: You don’t need to be a locksmith. You need to be a professional seller who has ideally sold to Property Managers, Retail Chains, or Banks. If you’ve sold HVAC, Elevators, Waste Management, facilities services or Security Systems—we want to talk to you!
  • High Energy/Low Ego: You are motivated by a lucrative commission check and working with a great down to earth friendly team.
