The Role
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role gives you the foundation and tools to accelerate your growth in a rapidly growing SaaS business in the exciting world of software sales. You will help create new opportunities with prospective customers and drive revenue growth by researching prospects, conducting cold outreach, and setting meetings for the Account Executive team.
To succeed in this role, you must be: Extremely curious, an excellent communicator, and motivated by the thrill of pursuing new business and hitting targets alongside your team. This role will be hybrid, working out of a new Chicago-based office Tuesday through Thursday.

- Compensation: $55,000 salary with $80,000 on-target earnings (uncapped with accelerators for high-performers and additional cash prizes for mini competitions and team recognition)

Skills & Experience You Bring
- Cold calling and/or customer service experience; you have performed well in metrics-driven, competitive, and/or high-pressure environments — and loved it!
- Quick learner with an interest in technology and genuine curiosity about businesses and how they operate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and email with a variety of personalties and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a focused approach to daily activity planning and goal setting/achievement.
