Sales Representative – Prime Label Solutions (West Coast Territory)
Location: Alberta preferred (Edmonton or remote), open to Vancouver candidates
We’re seeking a driven and customer-obsessed Sales Representative to join a market leader in labeling, coding, and marking solutions. This individual contributor role offers the chance to manage an active book of business, re-engage lapsed customers, and win net-new accounts across a high-growth West Coast territory.
You’ll represent cutting-edge Prime Label Solutions—must-have products that power identification and branding across the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors.
This is not a technical role, but you’ll be comfortable having consultative conversations with clients about business needs, project specs, and packaging solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years in outside sales, ideally with a track record of account growth and strong client retention
- Curious, proactive, and skilled at asking the right questions
- An excellent communicator who follows up relentlessly and listens actively
- Mature, dependable, and focused on long-term success—not a job-hopper
- Comfortable managing a wide geographic territory with travel
Compensation:
- Competitive base + uncapped commission model with a first year earnings of $150k
