Regional Account Manager

Our client is a well-established, homegrown Canadian leader in the premium flexible workspace industry, with eight locations across Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, and Montreal and over a decade of sustained growth in a market historically dominated by global players. They are operating at the centre of a meaningful shift in how companies use office space — driven by return-to-office mandates, hybrid work models, and a growing number of international firms establishing Canadian satellite offices without the commitment of a long-term lease.
 
About the Role: Regional Account Manager
This role sits at the intersection of sales and account management, owning the full client lifecycle from first conversation through close and long-term retention. This is a role for someone who thrives in a client facing role focused on building relationships, managing a busy pipeline, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage relationships within an existing book of business— building trust, staying close to client needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen those partnerships, driving retention, renewals and upsell opportunities 
  • Manage and convert a high volume of warm inbound leads, running discovery calls to understand needs, booking in person client meetings to run tours on site, building tailored proposals, negotiation through to close 
  • Collaborate with internal community management and operations team to ensure a seamless transition and onboarding experience for new clients
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders including commercial brokers, clients, and key influencers 
  • Attend industry events and conferences to drive brand awareness and connect with prospective clients in the market 
  • Work with a wide range of industry segments and decision makers — from C-suite executives and business owners to HR and Operations leaders and commercial real estate brokers. 
  • Note: This is a client facing role that will require you to work out of and report into a downtown office full time

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience ideally in a customer facing sales role
  • A natural relationship builder — consultative, curious, and comfortable asking the right questions
  • Polished and professional in client interactions, with strong written and verbal communication
  • MUST be based in Montreal or Ottawa and able to work out of a downtown office 5x/week
