They are hiring a full-time salaried + bonus Retail Sales Consultant for their boutique in Gastown
About the Opportunity
- You will be joining a small high performing sales team and take part in a comprehensive onboarding and training program to help set you up for success and learn the product
- Lead personalized consultants for engagement rings and wedding bands
- Manage and convert inbound leads into booked showroom appointments
- Guide clients through custom design and stone selection, leading 4+ appointments per day
- Deliver a consultative, relationship driven buying experience and maintain relationship with customer throughout the customer journey
What we’re looking for
- 2-4 years of consultative sales experience in a fast pace and measured environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Genuine interest in fine jewelry
- Must be based in Vancouver with the ability to commit to working out of the boutique Tuesday-Saturday
Compensation
- $75K-$85K base salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped monthly bonuses based on sales performance
