With consistent monthly revenue between $1M–$1.3M and healthy profit margins, the business is scaling rapidly and looking to add two new sales professional to the team.
 
What They Are Looking For
We’re seeking Sales Representatives with primaryily hunter mentality — someone who thrives on opening doors, winning new accounts, and building long-term value. Although it is managing accounts once broight on.

The ideal candidate brings consultative sales skills, self-motivation, and the confidence to work independently without constant oversight.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably inside sales and consultative)
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, freight, or transportation is ideal — but not essential. The sales hunter mentality with energy, oil & gas experience will be more important.
  • Experience selling into energy, oil & gas, or even industrial/manufacturing sectors is highly valued
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — you own your pipeline, activity, and results
  • Professional communication skills, strong phone presence, and strategic thinking
  • Competitive or sports background a plus — resilience and drive are key in this role
  • Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team

Location: Ideally based in Alberta, Edmonton is preferred but this is a remote role.
