Senior Account Executive

Our client is a Series C cyber security company with >$400M ARR. They are one of the biggest product-led-growth success stories evolving from a single point solution to a unified access platform and positioned to define a new category at the intersection of identity + AI.
 
About the role: Senior Account Executive (Remote)
This is a true land-and-expand role focused on unlocking growth within an already warm, high-potential customer base. You’ll operate as a strategic advisor, helping customers consolidate fragmented security tools into a unified platform

  • 70% focus on expansion / cross-sell into an already warm install base — accounts often start at 10 users and scale to thousands of seats and 30% focus on new logo acquisition
  • Operate as a strategic advisor and own the sales motion from end to end targeting commercial accounts with up to 2500 employees
  • Remote, field based sales role that requires meeting with customers in your territory regularly

The Package

  • Base: $100K-$120K + guaranteed commission during first 6 months of ramp up
  • OTE: $185K-$230K

What we’re looking for: 

  • Cybersecurity sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Experience selling multi-product/platform solutions
  • Comfortable navigating security + IT stakeholders and builds strong relationships with senior leadership
  • Positions platform value vs point solutions
  • Strong discovery + sales process rigor
  • Must be based in either: Denver, Minneapolis, or Phoenix 
  • Experience with MEDDICC / Challenger methodologies is considered a strong asset
  • Actively leveraging AI in sales workflow
