The Opportunity
 
We are looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships to lead and scale a new, high-impact revenue channel. This is a rare opportunity to build a partnerships engine from the ground up in an organization that has already proven success across direct sales and marketing—and is ready to make big bets on indirect growth.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Growth and work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, and Product to define the GTM strategy, drive revenue, and build repeatable systems across multiple partnership types.
 
 
What You’ll Own

  • Design and execute a partnerships GTM strategy across ERP providers, implementation partners, and tech alliances
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for co-selling, integrations, and revenue-sharing partnerships
  • Build foundational processes to sign, enable, and scale strategic partners
  • Act as the internal champion for partnerships—educating AEs, SCs, and leadership on how to monetize partner relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement to produce content, pitch decks, and training programs for indirect selling motions
  • Set revenue and pipeline goals for the channel and be accountable for driving $1M+ in sourced revenue within your first year
  • Help build and lead a team of partner/channel managers over time

 
What You Bring

  • 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or strategic alliances at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnership functions from scratch and drive revenue through indirect channels
  • Strong understanding of the Office of the CFO landscape—ERP, FP&A, or financial tooling experience a plus
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, remote-friendly environments
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial—you know how to prioritize, experiment, and drive results with limited direction
  • A strategic thinker who can also execute fast, thrive in ambiguity, and create clarity for others
  • Bonus: experience selling to finance personas or integrating with ERP ecosystems
