Dean Mitchell – Managing Director, Europe 

Dean has 14 years in agency recruitment and 12 years in B2B sales and leadership. The majority of his recruitment experience is within the sales function ranging from junior SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Directors, and VP executive-level searches.

The primary vertical that he has worked within has always been within technology & software, with a particular focus on Fintech, Cybersecurity, and ICT. Client companies have ranged from early Series A stage $1M revenue companies, to major global enterprises with $12.5B – $77B in revenue.

Dean attributes part of his success to STA’s DNA/PRO™ framework. Keeping focused and resilient on the challenge at hand (Drive). Building trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with clients (Nature). And, being a subject matter expert in the field of recruiting and sales in general (Acumen).


I’m excited by the challenge of opening up a new geographic market and returning to my homeland. For the first phase of this expansion, I am focusing on the United Kingdom and Ireland geography, and building out my local recruiting team. Phase two will include adding multi-lingual team members to cover other key European areas like France and Germany. For the love of sales!


 

Paul Dimond – Managing Director, APAC

Paul has almost 20 years of experience uncovering and developing relationships with Commercial and Enterprise Account Execs, Pre Sales/Sales Engineers, and Sales Leaders in Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, and North America.

Throughout this period, he has helped companies launch with “first on ground” hires then scaled out teams across APAC. Trusted by some of the world’s most highly regarded CRO’s, Country Managers and VP’s, most of these clients landed in the region as virtual unknowns but have gone on to achieve ongoing success with large-scale IPO’s and record-setting stock price growth.

Paul attributes his personal success to sincerity and developing a deep knowledge of each client’s business and value proposition.
