HR Talks – Episode 1

HR Talks – Episode 1:

Radical lifestyle changes caused by the global pandemic have taken a toll on the mental and physical health of employees. In fact, 1 in 5 employees have traditionally experienced mental health problems, but today, this has increased by approximately 150%, where 50% of employees say their mental health has worsened due to COVID-19. Yet, having healthy and productive employees is critical to an organization’s success…

Digital technology can play a crucial role where it gives employees access to mental health resources that weren’t readily available before. These tools help address issues that are often overlooked and take your employees’ focus away from work. This means that more than ever before, there is an urgency for organizations to use these tools to champion mental wellbeing in the workplace to increase employee engagement and productivity.

To help your organization better understand the best practices for increasing the focus on and improving employee well-being in the workplace, we’ve brought together a panel of digital wellness and HR experts on December 16th at 1:00 pm EST.

We hope you can join us! Sign up to attend through the registration link below. Can’t make it to the live session? Don’t worry, sign up anyway and we’ll send you a copy of the recording with timestamps of our key takeaways.
