- Development of new business consistently meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets.
- Understand competitive solutions and the company’s differentiators
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the HOA Industry
- Average Deal Size: $80k+
- This role allows one to be remote but must have the flexibility to travel throughout your state up to 30% of the time
- 3+ years of B2B consultative sales experience
- You have experience selling into HOAs, community associations, condos and strata corporations
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Previous sales process & methodology
