About The Role: Regional Vice President of Sales 
  • This is a rare opportunity to step into the #2 biggest sales role in the organization, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving the region's success. 
  • Manage a team of 10 Business Development Managers
  • Led and drove sales strategy in the South region, accounting for over 36% of the company's quota.
  • Play a key role in quadrant coaching, mentoring, and team selling, ensuring the region continues to exceed targets.
  • Navigate and collaborate within a large organization of 16,000+ people, leveraging your skills to maximize impact.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrable success in shaping and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proven success in a similar sales leadership role, ideally within the facilities or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, driving the best from sales teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and strong leadership in a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent organizational navigation and communication skills within a large and complex organization.
 Compensation: On target earnings earnings of $275k+, full benefits and expenses
