They are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO in Toronto! The role requires 2/3 days in the office.

• They donate over $200K USD every year to local charities across Canada and the US.

What They Are Looking For:

• You have over 5 years as a Cheif of Staff or a Senior EA to C-level (or VP)
• You would be an asset if you are from the financial or retail services world. 
• The ideal candidate might also have some consulting background.
• You have experience with change management, operation oversight, staff management, project management and strategic planning. 
• You must have experience putting together complex projects and reports 

Compensation: $130K-$140K Base + 20% Bonus + 7.5% RRSP matching, education reimbursement, full healthcare and much more!
