On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

They work with clients primarily in Canada and the United States, ranging from government to private. Their sophisticated reporting tools and services help clients gain valuable insights into their organizational health and make data-driven decisions to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
 
 
Job Summary
 
They have spent the past two years developing and leveling up their technology and are wanting to build out their sales org. They are seeking driven and ambitious Account Executives to join their sales team and help expand their client base. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients to grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive organizational change through employee engagement initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR professionals, leaders, and CHROs, to understand their organizational needs and challenges.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase their survey software and services to potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery consultants, project managers, and IT developers, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of our services.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and support content updates for the buyer journey.
  6. Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Gong to track and manage sales activities effectively.
  7. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and organizational development concepts.
  • Experience working with HR professionals and C-suite executives is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
