On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client is a global expert in pre-employment assessments! Their suite of assessments is designed to streamline the hiring process by providing objective insights into candidates' abilities, motivations, and personalities. With a suite of scientifically validated tests, this organization empowers employers to make informed hiring decisions that align with their organization's goals and culture.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sell assessment tools to HR leaders in various industries, primarily in North America.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with an emphasis on achieving monthly quotas.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including making 75-80 calls per day.
Qualifications:
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Coachable and adaptable to feedback, with a desire to learn and improve.
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of $60,000-65,000 with an OTE of $85,000-90,000, including commission and kickers.
