Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Account Executive to join their Direct Commercial Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading their sales strategy and execution in a specific territory, with a primary goal of achieving a 20-30% growth in business over the next 12 months. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a relentless hunter for new business opportunities, and possesses a strong track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment, managing an enterprise sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve a 30% growth
- Create and implement a plan for building pipeline and selling into fleets of 150+ vehicles
- Understand the value proposition of the software offering, products, and services, and effectively position them with both over-the-road and service fleets.
- Assist customers in building business case justifications for the purchase our clients software and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results in Salesforce
- Forecast sales activities and pipeline accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Exceed established goals, timelines, and quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, and Support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Travel as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of face-to-face solution selling experience.
- Ability to offer a unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business, structuring sales pitches to highlight customer benefits.
- Preferred experience in selling SaaS software solutions, with a focus on compliance in fleet management.
- Experience selling to large fleet businesses, understanding their unique challenges and needs.
- Proven proficiency in building and developing opportunity and territory plans.
- Ability to identify business targets, secure appointments, and execute a strategic sales process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assertiveness, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
