On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

They are currently on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated Inside Sales Representative in Vancouver who will partner with their growing Franchise owners across North America to bring in more business and drive revenue.
  
You'll be working alongside driven, motivated team members and sales leaders who make coming to work FUN! If you love business development, have awesome relationship-building skills, and love the rush of closing a sale then we want to hear from you!
 
A Day in the Life:
  • You will be the dedicated representative for 1-3 franchise locations across North America.
  • Responsible for increasing business from our commercial clients.
  • Driving business and crushing revenue goals by generating leads.
  • Cold-calling prospective new clients and building strategic business relationships.
  • Maintaining relationships with current commercial clients.
  • Supporting your Franchises with their strategic growth plans.

  • Candidates must be located in Vancouver or the Greater Toronto Area.
What do we offer?
  • $50k Base Salary, 70k OTE + uncapped commission and profit sharing.
  • Hybrid working environment -  only 2 days are required in the office each month.
