The role: Territory Sales Manager 
Fully remote in the GTA 


Our client is a leading global provider of solutions that efficiently and effectively move water through cities, buildings, and homes. Our client helps customers in residential and commercial construction, municipalities, and utilities have drinking water, energy-efficient radiant heating and cooling systems, and reliable infrastructure solutions. 
  
Our client is looking for a fully remote, Territory Sales Manager to join the team in the GTA. You’d be inheriting 15-20 key accounts and spend 80%-90% of your time managing those relationships while keeping an eye out for growing your book of business. 
  
Compensation: 
  • $100-$110k base salary range 
  • Additional $38k on target annual bonus 
  • Company vehicle & gas card

  • 4 weeks of vacation to start
Requirements: 
  • Outside sales / Territory management experience
  • Plumbing / Hydronic / radiant heating / Snow Melt / HVAC experience with a manufacturer and not distributor 
  • Experience selling into Plumbing contractors (residential high rise GTA would be great) / Mechanical contractors (eg modern Niagara) / Selling to Distribution (Noble / Wolseley / Emco etc) knowing how they operate
  • If they have an engineering background (technical sales ) would be an asset
