Territory Sales Manager
My client is an established, well-respected, 40+ year old Canadian business that manufactures safety and infrastructure equipment for natural gas utilities, water distribution infrastructure, and diversified construction contractors globally (but mostly in North America). They are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to 40 person team to help grow market share with their water infrastructure tools.

About The Role:
- Drive new revenue in the North American territory with both existing and new business
- Grow the tapping and piercing tools business lines within the waterworks industry
- Sell to water and gas utilities, corporate subcontractors, and water/gas trades people - sales are both through distributors and direct to clients
- Better educate existing distributors (Emco, Rigid, Ferguson & more!)
- Ideally, this is a hybrid role where you will spend time in the office in Vaughan and out in the field
- Experience generating net new business, managing a territory, and a pipeline
- Experience selling tools or equipment, or experience selling into the water or infrastructure industries
- Must be someone entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by the thrill of a sale
- Resourceful and completely comfortable working independently, but is also a team player
- Problem solver who is willing to challenge the status quo
- Willingness and ability to travel across North America
- Competitive base salary, commission structure with a realistic OTE of $130-150K
