On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client offers unique process mining software systems for increased productivity and automated management that can be used for all business processes, enabling clients and businesses to improve process transparency and efficiency.
 
They are experiencing strong growth and are looking for their first Account Executive for the Northeast US territory to specifically target enterprise Financial Services and Banking accounts. 
 
The position:
  • The identification and acquisition of new customers as well as the support and further development of existing customers
  • Supporting interested parties and customers from planning to implementing a needs-based solution
  • Product presentations (remote & on-site) in the form of lectures, conversations and demo scenarios
  • Customer and solution-oriented collaboration with the sales, customer success and consulting team
  • Professional management of all opportunities and offers for assigned accounts as well as leads including forecasting and negotiation of complex contract constellations
  • Aggregate customer feedback to help guide product and growth activities
  • You will target the Northeast US territory
  • Main target markets > Tier 1 Financial Services and Banking
  • Will have Presales Consultants to support you in the sales process
  • Full sales cycle (they are going to partner with an outsourced BDR company to provide qualified leads around June 2024)  
 
About You:
  • Location: Northeast US
  • A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales, or comparable training
  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Experience in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and process mining
  • Familiarity with supply chain management concepts
  • Experience selling Cloud solutions and/or Data Integration and Analytics solutions 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in contract negotiations - from preparing an offer to concluding a contract in a customer-oriented environment, ideally in B2B sales
  • You have the ability to quickly absorb knowledge from new areas and enjoy solving complex problems in a team
  • Interest and self-motivation to continually learn new tools and techniques
  • You enjoy inspiring our customers about mpmX
  • Autonomy, responsiveness and commitment to high-quality customer service
  • The ability to clearly articulate ideas and very good organizational, presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to qualify prospects and generate new demand through prospecting, networking and relationship building
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships at all levels of the client organization
  • Willingness to travel to clients as needed

  • Comp: $120-140k base salary (50/50 plan) = $240-280k OTE uncapped
