As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to oversee their North American sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

You will become the driving force behind our growth story! They're on the lookout for a passionate leader to inspire and guide their Account Management team towards unprecedented success. As they strive to expand their revenue, your role will be pivotal in guiding the team to expand their footprint within their existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities. 
  
The role:

People Development & Team Building
  • Coach & develop a team of 4 to 6 account managers responsible for contract retention and expansion
  • Develop team performance via weekly 1:1s, call reviews and other training initiatives
  • Act as a hiring manager for eventual team growth opportunities, oversee the full-cycle onboarding & training of all new hires
  • Create professional development opportunities for team members

  Product Adoption and Revenue Growth
  • Plan and run initiatives to promote product adoption, value creation, account and revenue retention
  • Build and manage initiatives to promote customer product adoption increase
  • Manage processes and campaigns to support the team in identifying, qualifying and closing expansion opportunities

 Sales Pipeline Management
  • Provide a weekly bottom-up forecast with a goal of 90%+ accuracy
  • Work with the account management team to maintain a clean and strong pipeline to hit NRR and AR goals
  • Use data-driven insights to address coachable areas (execution rate, growth rate, ADS, etc)
  • Create, communicate, and manage quarterly objectives and quotas, and provide weekly progress updates

  Process Improvement
  • Identify areas of opportunity whereby sales processes may be improved for your team, preparing any enablement materials or resources as necessary
  • Own the ongoing maintenance of the AM Team Dashboard to ensure the team is following a prioritized workflow
  • Build & interpret relevant sales reports to help inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with other departments to address inefficiencies, challenges & opportunities
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in Hospitality and/or Technology Industry
  • Proven track-record for meeting or exceeding targets as an individual contributor in Sales, Account Management and/or Customer Success (min. 2 years tenure as individual contributor)
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM/SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies like Sandler, GAP Selling is a plus .
