About the role: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
- As a senior member of the Customer Success team, this person will oversee a select book of some of the largest global Enterprise Customers
- Primary focus will be to drive net retention revenue, including expansion and building customer relationships
- Customer Retention: A primary focus will be to drive net retention revenue through proactive and ongoing customer engagement
- Expansion & Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expanding the customer usage of products while acting as the trusted advisor to ensure the product is exceeding clients objectives and facilitating the introduction and implementation of new features and capabilities
- Adoption & Value Realization: Conducting regular check-ins, training sessions and business reviews to drive product adoption + gain a deep understanding of the customers goals and objectives + Translate product features and capabilities into tangible results
- Key deliverables and KPI's measured on include net retention + expansion
- Note: This role requires candidates to work out of a office in Liberty Village 3x per week
- Base salary + performance based bonus with $120K total income potential

- 3+ years of CS experience working in an environment where you've been exposed to MM accounts
- You are comfortable and have excelled in a CS role where you have tangible sales targets and goals imbedded into your role
- Must be able to work out of an office 3x per week
