Our client, a leading SaaS company in the video communication space, with over 20 years of industry success and a strong presence in the dealership and RV markets, they’re on a mission to double in size over the next two years. 
 
In this full-cycle sales Account Executive role, you’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, demos, and closing new business. You’ll work with an innovative product that is trusted by over 2,500 businesses, using video to transform how teams sell, connect, and build trust.
 
What You'll Do
  • Drive outbound sales through high-volume outreach (calls, email, video).
  • Manage the full sales process- from prospecting to signed contracts.
  • Consult with prospects to understand needs and position the solution effectively.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally for client success.
  • Work Style: In-Office. in their Indianapolis headquarters. 
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Confidence in outbound prospecting and virtual selling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in the dealership or automotive space is a bonus, but not required.
  • French speaking is also a plus!
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $65,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $90,000
