On Target Income

On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

About the Role:
  • Meet and exceed sales objective (over $1M) in the assigned local territory by selling transit bus and shelter advertising campaigns through a relationship-based approach.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with local and regional businesses eager to expand their brand visibility.
  • Fuel your pipeline with fresh opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
  • Make an impact with compelling sales presentations and tailored advertising proposals that win business.
  • Negotiate confidently and close deals using our diverse and powerful printed advertising inventory.
  • Collaborate across teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to deliver seamless, on-time campaigns.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advertising advisor in your market
 
About You:
  • 3+ years of successful B2B advertising/media sales experience in the London, ON area, targeting local businesses
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills as well as Word, Excel, computer and CRM proficiency
  • (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to be intrinsically motivated to succeed and withstand rejection.
  • Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • University or College Degree

  • Compensation: $60-70k base salary + commissions (uncapped) = $125-130k+ OTE
